The properties of ozone (powerful antibacterial agent, helps blood circulation, promotes stimulation of the immune system, and contributes to tissue regeneration and healing...) led AQUOLAB to imagine revolutionary dental jets injecting ozone into water.

In 2012, AQUOLAB conducted feasibility and engineering studies for the design of its products. For this, AQUOLAB decides to select the best materials.

In 2013 the AQUOLAB brand is created. The patent for dental jets is granted. The first prototypes are manufactured.

In 2014, AQUOLAB is looking for a production partner in the medical field to carry out its industrial project. AQUOLAB signs a contract with ELEMASTER S.p.A. which becomes its exclusive manufacturer. This production partner is involved in the development of the project (software and plastics) and begins testing for C.E. and class 1 medical electro certification. AQUOLAB, is committed to manufacturing its products in Europe and Italy and to meeting environmental standards. The design and ergonomics of the dental jets have been designed to be as natural as possible.

In 2015, industrial production is launched following positive C.E.

In 2016, a scientific protocol was defined by the Istituto Stomatologico Toscano and the Università di Pisa. Clinical studies confirm the patient benefits of AQUOLAB. This results in a patent for use.

In 2017, AQUOLAB was recognized as useful in oral hygiene.
